Retail Sales Overview

Overseen by Linda Liebenau (Director), this team deals with walk-in trade and visitors to the 200sqm showroom. The showroom itself offers a selection of products, computer systems, notebooks, printers and peripherals from top brand names. The products on offer are selected to offer to the customer a Good, Better, Best choice.

Service What We Sell, has been the aim with selection of products.
The Retail showroom has a prominent service desk, where customers can bring warranty and non warranty units for repair.

The Service/Sales staff are trained to give professional advice to customers who come to the store to purchase or have equipment repaired. Workshop technicians can provide backup support for the sales team should customers require a more technical answer.

Regular training sessions given by the sales manager or product reps is undertaken. New technologies and products are regularly assessed before promoting to customers.

Administration and Finance Overview
 

Gordon Birch (Director) - Fellow of the Royal Chartered Management of Accountants (FCMA) heads this department and is responsible for the day-to-day financials of the business, including the preparation of management reports and financial statements etc. He is supported by one administrative staff member.

Business Development Overview
 

Andrew Hinton, who has been in the IT industry for 9 years, heads the dedicated Business Team. As the Business Development Manager, his role is to continue to develop and add to Supernova's current services portfolio. This will provide new and existing corporate customers with a broader range of services.

Technical Team Overview

Overseen by Andrew Hinton, and run on a day-to-day basis by the Senior Technician, there is a team of four (4) involved in the repair and maintenance of computers, including warranty work, the provision of on-site maintenance, system upgrades, computer preparation, monitoring etc...
